Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days, with US sourced products typically shipping within 2-5 business days and overseas products typically shipping within 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that shipping times may vary during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number. Since we ship from multiple warehouses and some items process faster than others, your products may be delivered at different times.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Just2GirlsCollective is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
